The room was nicely styled and modest. Everyone was attentive and excellent, including the owner. I was so glad that the Wheelchair Accessible room with the king bed, a private bath, and space for barely 1 suitcase was available. There were a variety of breakfast options like butter, fresh bread, muffins, pancakes, and boiled eggs. The location was perfect, right on the beach!

My husband and I celebrated our 9th anniversary in May 2011 and loved our stay at this b&b in South Beach, Miami. Cozy, elegant, quiet and clean, perfect location a few blocks from the beach and the nightlife. Beautiful pool area surrounded by tall palm trees, awesome breakfast served every morning at poolside. Staff is very efficient and super nice. We could have not asked for more. We just found a perfect slice of paradise in Miami, we will be back!

Conveniently located near a 36-acre park, making it easy to take a nice walk. 🌳

It was a lovely, tropical setting and very quiet. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and quickly prepared. We enjoyed having breakfast just off the pool area. The weather was beautiful!!

Although we were given a pass to park for free on the streets, it was inconvenient to have to search for a parking place in the area.

I really like the coziness of SoBeYou. It was quiet and small. A great contrast to the craziness of South Beach. Nice basic room with great bed and sheets. Walk out of your room and steps to plunge pool and deck set among Art Deco Apartments. 10 minute walk to Beach. 2 blocks from Whole Foods. You can get your beach snacks at Whole Foods and bicycle over to the beach. Rent an umbrella at beach for sure - preventing sunburn worth $12.

Great location right next to a beautiful garden area and amazing food options nearby. 🌿

Very nice small hotel, with a great welcome from personel. The house and the rooms are very pleasant, good quite place. Breakfast was nice (fruit salad, eggs, grilled bread,...). The street parking pass is included in the price, what is not so usual in Miami Beach! Located at walking distance of interest points, in a calm street.

Rooms are quite small and you can ear your neighbour... Internet Wifi was not always available.

The rooms with shared bathroom were pleasant, and the location was fantastic, being close to Flamingo Park. We liked the nice rooms with shared bathroom and the great location near Flamingo Park.

Delicious and savoury breakfasts with pastries, yogurt and cheeses. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. Great and decent location for visiting a zoo and pubs. Found in a very quiet area.

This place offers unique and modest rooms and has a fantastic location close to the ocean, as well as a heated pool and on-site parking.

Staff was excellent. They were always willing to assist. They were pleasant and very responsive to our needs. The breakfast was excellent. Very delicious. Great location to the beach yet quaint enough for privacy. Good relaxation. Very good experience.

Overall there is not much to dislike. The experience was very nice. My suggested improvements would be to include a small microwave oven in each room. Consider option of including hotel stay with 3 meals/day for those who wish to pay extra. Parking is a little difficult but the parking pass definitely helps. Wish bathroom in room could be a little bit bigger but there is limited space available in each room so I understand.
